To meet the small radius requirement of elevator and high-end decoration industries, CNC V Grooving machine is mainly developed to make a V-shaped cut or channel along the surface of different metal sheets including stainless steel, ordinary steel, aluminum, copper. This cut along the fold line acts as a hinge, facilitating the bending of metal sheets to have a relatively small bending radius. The depth, width and angle of the cut or channel depends on how deep the blade of V Grooving machine get into the sheet and the shape of the blade.
Blue Blue White’s vertical CNC V grooving machine is built with frame construction and connected with high strength bolts,which brings a rigid structure and leads very little deformation. With the blade carrier sitting on a straight rail, 14 or more independent holders for automatic clamping, high accuracy grippers holding plate, working on a solid working table, the grooving accuracy can be well controlled within 0.02mm.Â
â– Â Stability and long life time, a rigid steel frame and worktable coming from high-temperature tempering for the whole steel frame and table after welding, internal tension totally removed, frame deformation avoided.
■ Precise gear rack, ball screws with linear guide leads the blade carrier a smooth and accurate movement. Front supporting device can hold large sheet in place, increasing the grooving accuracy as well. It’s easy to move on the linear guide.
â– Â Efficiency, double rail or double blade structure options. The blades carrier processes the sheet by moving left and right, back and forth. There is a front auxiliary holder for double rail grooving to ensure accuracy.

V grooving machines are also used for specified stainless steel fabrication as below.
1. too small flanges that cannot be bent by press brake without v grooving.
2. collision will happen if bent on press brake, the part can be bent by hand after v grooving.
3. When operator won’t waste time programming for only one or pieces on press brake, then v grooving can be used to mark bending lines.
